I scheduled 2 round-trip airport rides. I never had issues locating the driver. I paid in advance so I only needed to tip the drivers. One of my flights had a last minute schedule change for a late night arrival, their response was immediate. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend for peace of mind

We used VTS as a transfer from Hanoi airport into the old quarter, it cost $16 which we had heard from our hostel was the same as a taxi service. After hearing lots about taxi scams etc it was nice to have the peace of mind having pre booked. Being two female traveling a arriving in late at night this was an excellent decision for us, our flight was also delayed slightly so we were 60mins late than our booked pick up time but our driver was still there waiting on us. Excellent service and it recommend booking for the same price as taxi but you know exactly what your getting!
