* Q : Should we reserve our tours or transportation in advance ?
 
* A :  Yes, we recommend booking tours in advance, especially in the high season to secure the good places on board, train, hotel.
 
* Q : Can I have a room for freshing up before departing for the next trip ?
 
* A : Yes, we would be happy to lend you a room without any charge, please contact us for reservation.
 
* Q : How we recognize you upon arrival?
 
* A : The VTS respentative will await you at the pickup point (at airport/ train station, habor...) then bring you to your chosen hotel. Please look for the placard with your name upon arrival. For emergency cases, please do not to contact our hotline at (+84) 973904000 / (+84) 422434888

 
* Q : How we be collected upon each tour?
 
* A : We will re-confirm with you the pickup time and the pick-up point before each different tour. Our representative will come to your chosen pickup point to collect you.
 

* Q :  Can I store the luggage at your office when I am travelling?

* A : Yes, we do offers luggage storage service free of charge. Please contact us for reservation
 
* Q : How can I book my service with you?

* Q : What is the payment method for the balance ?

* A : We require full payment before each tour reparture. Our representative will come to your hotel or you could visit our office for making payment. Balance can be settled by cash or credit card.
 
 
* Q : Can I do visa application or visa extention in you?
